I am pleased to announce that we are bringing Dino Disco to this year’s Tulagi (formerly Boulder Roots) Music Festival (@boulderrootsmusicfest) at Mountain Sun (@mountainsunpub)!

For the last several years, Red Tail Sound has partnered with Boulder’s beloved Jeff & Paige (@jeffandpaige) to host Dino Disco at Boulder Creek Fest’s Creek Side for Kids stage. It’s so exciting to bring the party to Tulagi and Mountain Sun for the first time!

This is an all ages show! Kids and grownups alike have been known to get down to the Mesozoic sound of the Superstar DJ Duck La Rock! How could they not, with Pam the TRex, Pickles the Pteranodon, and our as-yet-unnamed triceratops burning up the dance floor?

Join the Superstar DJ Duck La Rock for Dino Disco at Boulder Creek Fest’s Creekside for Kids from 10:00 – 11:00 am on Saturday, May 23 and Sunday, May 24!

This is our 6th year hosting Dino Disco with Boulder’s beloved Jeff & Paige and it remains one of our family’s favorite rituals of summer. It’s always a fun time and it don’t cost a thing, so come get down to the mesozoic sound of Duck La Rock and our herd of dancing dinos!

Dino Disco at Boulder Creek Fest 2025

This was our fifth year doing Dino Disco at the Boulder Creek Fest’s Creekside for Kids stage withJeff & Paige. It’s always a lot of fun, one of my favorite parts of summer right there at the start of it. It’s special to play by Boulder Creek at such a beautiful time of year.

As always we were joined by Pam the Dinosaur, Pickles the Pteranodon, and as-yet-unnamed triceratops. Glad you came to dance with us!

We had a great time at Boulder’s Creekfest this weekend — our fourth year opening things up with a lil’ Dino Disco on the community stage! It’s always a great scene down there. Dancing is one of life’s great joys and it’s such a blessing to see folks laughing, dancing, and having fun with their families. Thanks for being a part of it, y’all. See you next year. <3

LISTEN: Dino Disco @ Boulder Creek Fest 2022 (Saturday)

We were excited to join Poppi’s Planet and Jeff & Paige at Boulder Creek Fest’s community stage on both Saturday and Sunday this weekend! We got down with friends. We had snow cones, pupusas, bao, and the FED Boulder burger. So good.
